How Ordering Works

From quote to your dock in four moves.

01

Request a quote

Send count, size, grade (or food-grade), and delivery ZIP. We price the totes and freight together.

02

Confirm the spec

We confirm grade, valve type, and prior-contents history so what ships matches what you need.

03

Approve & schedule

Approve the quote and we palletize, stage, and book delivery to your lower-48 address.

04

Receive & inspect

Totes arrive graded and tested. Inspect on the dock; our grade guide sets the expectation.

Bulk & Wholesale Program

Volume pricing that rewards the pallet and the truckload.

Our pricing is tiered: the more you take, the less each tote costs. Small orders ship LTL by the pallet; larger recurring needs move by the truckload at wholesale rates. Resellers, co-packers, and high-throughput operations can set up standing orders so graded stock is staged before you need it.

TierTypical volumeFreight mode
PalletA single pallet of totesLTL, palletized
Multi-palletSeveral pallets per orderLTL or partial truckload
TruckloadUp to ~40–45 per 53' trailerFull truckload (FTL)
Standing orderRecurring, scheduledFTL, wholesale rate

Loading counts depend on stacking; see transport & logistics for how many totes fit a pallet and trailer.

Food-grade requests

Ordering for edible or potable use?

Food-grade totes previously held only food-safe products and are washed and certified for the job. Because supply is limited, food-grade is a request-specific stock — flag it on your quote so we reserve the right totes rather than pulling from general inventory.

  • Prior contents: food-safe only
  • Washed & certified
  • Best for water, beverage, and edible inputs
Know Before You Buy

Grades set the expectation.

Every tote we sell carries a grade that describes cage condition, bottle clarity, valve state, and prior use. Reading the grade guide before you order means the load that arrives is exactly the load you pictured — no surprises on the dock.

Delivery

Palletized freight to any lower-48 ZIP.

We deliver nationwide across the contiguous 48 states. Small orders move LTL by the pallet; truckloads ship FTL. Every tote is palletized and secured for transit, and freight is quoted with your totes so you see one landed price. Full details on lanes and transit times live on our transport page.

How to Choose

Reconditioned, rebottled, new, or food-grade?

Most buyers over-spec. Reconditioned handles the overwhelming majority of industrial liquids at the best price per gallon — reach for new or food-grade only when your product genuinely demands it. Here's the quick decision matrix.

OptionBest forPrior contentsRelative price
ReconditionedMost industrial liquids, storage, transportCleaned industrial, disclosed$ — best value
RebottledA fresh interior at a reused-cage priceBrand-new HDPE bottle$$
Food-gradeWater, beverage, edible & potable inputsFood-safe only, certified$$

275 vs. 330 Gallon

Same footprint, different height.

Both workhorse sizes share the same ~48" x 40" pallet footprint, so they load a trailer identically. The choice comes down to how much liquid you want per pallet position versus handling and clearance.

275 gallon

  • ~46" tall, ~120–150 lbs empty
  • Easier to handle full (~2,300 lbs loaded with water)
  • Fits lower door and shelf clearances
  • The most common size in circulation

330 gallon

  • ~53" tall, ~135–165 lbs empty
  • ~20% more volume per pallet position
  • Fewer units to fill the same total volume
  • Best when floor space is the constraint
Shared spec

What both sizes share

  • 2" outlet valve (S60x6 standard thread)
  • 6" fill / top cap
  • Forkliftable integral pallet base
  • ~40–45 units per 53' trailer
On Every Tote We Ship

Graded, tested, and documented before it leaves the yard.

Cleaned

Triple-washed interior

Bottles run through a multi-stage wash — hot water, hot caustic for residue, then rinse.

Verified

Pressure & leak tested

Each bottle is confirmed to hold before it can be graded and sold. Failures get rebottled or recycled.

Labeled

Fresh markings & grade

Old labels removed, new ones applied, and a documented grade covering cage, bottle, and valve.

Ready

Working valve & cap

2" outlet valve and 6" cap fitted and checked so the tote is fill-ready on arrival.

Buying FAQ

Answers before you order.

What's the difference between reconditioned and rebottled?
Reconditioned totes are washed, pressure-tested, and graded whole. Rebottled totes keep the original galvanized cage and pallet but get a brand-new HDPE bottle — a factory-fresh interior at a reused-cage price.
How do I know a food-grade tote is safe for edible use?
Food-grade units previously held only food-safe products, then are washed and certified. Because supply is limited, flag food-grade on your quote so we reserve the right totes rather than pulling from general stock.
How many totes fit on a truck?
Roughly 40 to 45 caged composite totes floor-load a 53' dry van; about two totes share one pallet position. See the loading math.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes — pricing is tiered from pallet to standing order, so more volume means a lower per-tote cost. Resellers and co-packers can set up recurring staged orders.
Can I inspect before I keep the load?
Totes arrive graded and tested; inspect them on the dock against the grade you ordered. The grade guide sets the expectation so there are no dock surprises.
