Sitting on a fence line of empty totes? We buy used 275 and 330 gallon IBC totes in bulk, coast to coast — pay you for them, haul them away, and put every one back into service instead of the landfill. Send your details and we'll quote within one business day.
Quantity, tote size, prior contents, and your ZIP — that's all we need to price it.

We reply within one business day with a firm per-tote or per-load offer, freight already factored in.
Approve the offer and we book palletized freight to your dock — you just have the totes ready.
Once received and verified against your description, payment goes out by check or ACH — your call.
We buy standard caged composite IBCs in the two workhorse sizes, across a wide range of condition. When in doubt, send it over — most totes have more value left in them than people assume.
| Category | What qualifies |
|---|---|
| Sizes | 275 gallon (1,000 L) and 330 gallon (1,250 L) caged composite totes. See the full size charts. |
| Grade A / rebottle-ready | Sound cage, clean bottle, working valve. These re-enter service fastest and pay the most. |
| Grade B / reconditionable | Usable cage and bottle with cosmetic wear or a tired valve. Still valuable — we recondition these to spec. |
| Rebottle candidates | Good galvanized cage and pallet, damaged or contaminated bottle. We keep the cage and drop in a fresh bottle. |
| Prior contents | Food-grade and clean industrial (soaps, glycol, adhesives, ag inputs) preferred. Disclose the last product — always. |
Not sure which tier yours fall in? Our grade guide walks through every condition level, and our safety notes cover what prior contents we cannot accept.
Two identical-looking loads can quote very differently. The offer tracks how quickly and cheaply a tote can be returned to service — so anything that shortens that path puts more money in your pocket.
We buy nationwide, and our sweet spot is volume. A practical minimum is a full pallet — roughly 8 to 20 totes depending on how they stack — so freight economics work in your favor.
Have a smaller batch or a one-off? Send it anyway. If we can consolidate your load with a nearby pickup, we can often still make an offer.
A landfilled composite IBC buries roughly 100 lbs of HDPE and galvanized steel — and all the energy it took to make them. Selling your empties to us keeps that material in a working loop and pays you for the privilege. Cleaner books, cleaner conscience.
Our offer isn't a mystery number — it's the resale value of the tote minus what it costs us to bring it back to spec and get it to your dock. Here's how each factor moves the price.
| Factor | Pushes price up | Pushes price down |
|---|---|---|
| Prior contents | Food-grade or clean industrial | Heavy residue, tricky chemistry |
| Bottle condition | Clear, sound, holds pressure | Cracked or contaminated (rebottle only) |
| Cage & pallet | Straight bars, intact pallet | Bent cage, broken pallet feet |
| Valve & caps | Original hardware attached | Missing valve or top cap |
| Quantity | Full pallets, truckloads | Onesie-twosie, hard to consolidate |
| Location | On or near an active lane | Remote, off any consolidation route |
Not sure how yours grade out? The grade guide maps each condition tier, and our reconditioning walkthrough shows why even a damaged bottle keeps value.
You don't need to clean or repair anything — but a little staging makes the pickup fast and keeps your quoted price intact. A load that matches its description never gets re-graded on arrival.
Do disclose the last product in every tote, even the ones you think are obvious. Accurate history is what lets us safely disposition and pay top dollar.
Don't mix an unknown or hazardous tote into an otherwise clean load. One undisclosed unit can hold up the whole pickup — see our safety notes.
Selling to us isn't the end of the road for your totes — it's a fork back into service. Every unit is routed to its highest possible reuse.
Sound totes are triple-washed, pressure-tested, graded, and shipped as reconditioned stock — the lowest-footprint path.
Good cage, bad bottle? We keep the galvanized steel and pallet and drop in a fresh HDPE bottle, so only the failed part is replaced.
At true end of life, HDPE is ground to regrind and steel goes to melt — nothing is landfilled. See reconditioning & recycling.
Send your quantity, size, and ZIP. We'll quote within one business day and haul them away for free.
