We buy standard caged composite IBCs in the two workhorse sizes, across a wide range of condition. When in doubt, send it over — most totes have more value left in them than people assume.

Minimum quantities
How many to start?
We buy nationwide, and our sweet spot is volume. A practical minimum is a full pallet — roughly 8 to 20 totes depending on how they stack — so freight economics work in your favor.
Have a smaller batch or a one-off? Send it anyway. If we can consolidate your load with a nearby pickup, we can often still make an offer.
Why It Matters

How to prep your load in five minutes.
You don't need to clean or repair anything — but a little staging makes the pickup fast and keeps your quoted price intact. A load that matches its description never gets re-graded on arrival.
- Drain and empty each tote fully; leave valves closed
- Stage them on pallets, valve-side out, in an accessible spot
- Keep sizes grouped so the driver can count 275s and 330s at a glance
- Note prior contents — a photo of the old label helps
- Clear a path for a forklift or liftgate to reach the load
- Flag damaged units so the count stays honest
Do & don't
Two rules that protect your price
Do disclose the last product in every tote, even the ones you think are obvious. Accurate history is what lets us safely disposition and pay top dollar.
Don't mix an unknown or hazardous tote into an otherwise clean load. One undisclosed unit can hold up the whole pickup — see our safety notes.

Reused whole
Sound totes are triple-washed, pressure-tested, graded, and shipped as reconditioned stock — the lowest-footprint path.

Rebottled
Good cage, bad bottle? We keep the galvanized steel and pallet and drop in a fresh HDPE bottle, so only the failed part is replaced.

Recycled by material
At true end of life, HDPE is ground to regrind and steel goes to melt — nothing is landfilled. See reconditioning & recycling.
Selling FAQ
Quick answers before you quote.
Do I have to clean the totes first?
No. We recondition in-house, so drained and empty is fine. Just disclose the last product accurately so we can disposition it safely.
What if some totes are damaged?
Damaged bottles are often fine — a sound cage and pallet still hold real value because we rebottle. Include damaged units in your count and we'll price them accordingly.
Who arranges and pays for freight?
We do. On accepted loads, freight is built into our offer, so the price you approve is the value you realize — no shipping deducted afterward.
Which contents can't you accept?
We cannot take totes that held acutely hazardous, listed-waste, or unknown materials. See our safety guidance and disclose contents up front.
How fast do I get paid?
Payment is issued once the load is received and verified against your description, by check or ACH.
How many totes do I need to start?
